When we hit target, we celebrate 🥳

September 29th 2020, we hit one of our most important targets for this quarter. Usually, companies serve cake in the kitchen or maybe the CEO sends out a happy email to all employees. What did Winningtemp do?

Our CEO, Pierre Lindmark, sent out a message in our internal chat with the hashtag #SUCCEEDTOGETHER and a short video. The video included clips of himself, our other founder Mathias Hanson Fredlund and our Sales Director Jacob Österberg celebrating from their home offices. In this message, Pierre encourged all employees to share videos of their own celebration, either from the office or theie home.
