About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives on creating growth within existing customers.
In this role, you’ll own and drive expansion across your customer portfolio – identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and turning insights into concrete business. You’ll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, challenge their thinking, and help them achieve real business impact using Winningtemp.
This is an ideal role for someone with a background in B2B sales who wants to take the next step into a more strategic account management role – combining commercial ownership with a consultative approach.
The position is based in Gothenburg or Stockholm.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio
Identify new business needs and turn them into commercial opportunities
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and drive business-focused conversations
Lead renewals with a clear focus on growth, not just retention
Use customer data and insights to identify opportunities and strengthen your commercial strategy
Collaborate closely with Advisory and Delivery teams, while owning the commercial agenda
Who You Are
You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy creating business opportunities through relationships.
You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative in customer dialogues. You don’t just maintain relationships – you grow them.
You combine a sales-driven approach with the ability to understand customer needs and turn insights into action. You’re motivated by results and enjoy working towards clear targets.
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or similar commercial roles
Experience working with upsell, cross-sell, or driving revenue growth
Comfortable owning a commercial target or revenue responsibility
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
A structured and proactive way of working
Fluent in Swedish and English
