THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join one of our senior development teams and help us shape the future of our platform. In this role, you’ll be both a hands-on engineer and a key enabler for the team – driving direction, removing blockers, and making sure everyone can contribute at their best.You’ll actively contribute across the stack, take part in architectural discussions, and work closely with your peers in a cross-functional product trio (Product Manager, Designer, Tech Lead) to set priorities and shape the roadmap. The team is highly experienced, so this role is more about alignment, collaboration and forward momentum – not micromanagement.Technologies you’ll work with:

THE TEAM

You’ll join a senior team of engineers who are passionate about their craft and value shared ownership. Your role is to help the team stay connected, unblock issues quickly, and ensure we’re continuously learning and improving.
We work in short, focused iterations, and believe in striking the right balance between delivery speed and long-term technical health. You’ll also take part in onboarding new colleagues and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
Must-haves:

• Proven experience as a senior developer or tech lead in modern web development
• Strong technical skills across frontend, backend, databases, and system architecture
• Experience leading technical discussions and making architectural decisions
• Good communication skills – able to explain complex ideas clearly
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience from product-led companies
• Background working in a product trio setup
• Strong interest in team dynamics and continuous improvement
