THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding & Delivery Project Manager to lead the onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth and successful implementations. You’ll guide them from signed deal to first value – creating a seamless transition from Sales to Customer Success.
You’ll also lead a cross-functional onboarding team, including integration specialists, technical support and customer engagement managers, to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience every time.
This is a role for someone who enjoys driving structured projects, aligning teams, and building relationships – both internally and externally.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and coordinating a cross-functional team to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation
• Managing and overseeing the entire onboarding and delivery process for new and existing customers
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and proactively addressing any challenges
• Collaborating with internal teams (Customer Success, Technical Support, Integration, Sales) to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience
• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and resources for smooth implementation
• Coaching and supporting team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Identifying areas for improvement through internal and customer feedback, refining onboarding processes, and implementing best practices
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security guidelines throughout the onboarding process
THE YOU
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer onboarding, implementation or project delivery (ideally within SaaS/tech)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer projects
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations and technical workflows
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager – both internally and externally
• Structured and proactive – with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Experienced in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello or MS Project, and CRM systems like Salesforce
• A natural team leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and always puts the customer in focus
