About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind generating interest and demand for our brand and product in the field. From organizing digital webinars to managing partner marketing initiatives, you’ll be responsible for creating impactful experiences that attract and engage our target audience. Your work will span across various channels—webinars, events and influencer programs aiming to fuel growth in our key markets.

What You’ll Do
 Drive Digital Webinars: own the end-to-end execution of our various Winningtemp webinars aiming at different target audiences. Independently create landing pages, manage invitations, edit recordings, follow up and report back on the result, and ensure a seamless experience

Create High-Impact Events: Plan, organize, and execute key events, including those we host and those we co-host with partners in across markets, to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement.

Elevate Exhibition Experiences: Take full ownership of the exhibition strategy, from pre-event planning and stand design to coordinating the team. Ensure a compelling presence during the event and implement an effective follow-up strategy to maximize ROI.

Execute Influencer Marketing: driving influencer marketing to reach and connect with our audience in a more personalized way.

Partner Marketing: Collaborate closely with strategic partners to design and execute joint marketing initiatives that extend our brand reach, foster valuable relationships, and generate high-quality leads. Drive seamless integration of partner assets into campaigns and events to maximize visibility and impact across key markets.

Drive Regional & Vertical Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement region-specific or vertical-focused marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences, aligning with overall demand generation objectives.

Including creating engaging Winningtemp employee conferences together with HR.

Who You Are
· 3-6 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.

· Native Swedish speaker with high proficiency in English.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners.

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems (we use HubSpot & Webflow), project management tools (we use Asana), event/webinar tools (we use Demio and Zoom), and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, etc.). 

· Willingness to travel as needed to prepare for and participate in events and partner engagements.

· A frequent user of AI tools to make your everyday work, as well as the team, more productive
