So what is the role about? 🌟
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the strategic planning, communication and execution of marketing initiatives for the Winningtemp platform. You will play a key role in making sure our products and features are clearly communicated, well understood and adopted – based on data and customer insights. This is a role for someone who loves turning product capability into compelling, well-planned communication and who thrives on coordinating the many moving parts of a successful launch.
The role sits within the Product team in our ProdTech department, reporting to the Head of Product, and works in very close partnership with the Marketing team. You are the bridge between Product and Marketing: translating what we build into clear narratives, planning the activities that bring those narratives to market, and keeping launches organized and on track. Beyond Marketing, you are a pivotal link across all our commercial teams – working closely with Sales and Customer Success (including our CCO) to make sure product value is understood and lands across the full customer journey. Your role is pivotal in crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, ultimately driving product awareness and adoption. You will own various aspects of our product marketing efforts, from owning the go-to-market planning and execution for our product launches, to conducting market research.
What will you do? 🌟
· Craft and implement a clear, customer-centric narrative that defines our product’s value proposition, key features and differentiation.
· Own the go-to-market planning for new and existing features and project-manage product launches end to end – aligning Product, Marketing and commercial teams on scope, timeline, deliverables and responsibilities, for launches to both existing customers and prospects.
· Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across channels such as website, campaigns, in-product communication and social media – planning launch social posts together with the Content Marketing Manager.
· Create and follow up marketing and sales material – including product collateral, presentations, battlecards, customer newsletters and product update emails (hands-on in HubSpot) – for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
· Drive product launch campaigns and community-building initiatives, leveraging customer ambassadors.
· Act as the communication link between the Product team and the Marketing team, ensuring information about roadmap, releases and product changes flows clearly and on time.
· Drive internal enablement and education for the commercial teams (Sales and Customer Success) – planning and running update sessions so they understand new features and launches.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends and opportunities for positioning and pricing.
· Take a strategic, overall view of which features – new and existing – to prioritize in our communication, in close alignment with Product, Marketing and commercial stakeholders. Use product analytics to understand user behavior and shape messaging that helps customers discover and adopt new or underutilized features.
· Use feedback metrics such as NPS and CSAT to identify improvement areas and find potential customer ambassadors.
· Lead the Pricing and Packaging committee, responsible for the strategic packaging of Winningtemp’s product offering.
· Set up and drive a Customer Advisory Board to gather feedback and strengthen relationships with key customers – an increasingly important part of our journey towards enterprise.
Are you the one we are looking for? 🥇
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in product marketing in the B2B SaaS industry.
· You’re passionate about understanding why customers love products and turning those insights into clear stories that drive understanding and adoption.
· You enjoy balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
· You are a strong planner and coordinator – you keep launches, stakeholders and deadlines organized, and you enjoy the project-management side of bringing products to market.
· You combine analytical thinking with strong storytelling – you let data guide you but know how to make the story land.
· Proven experience in planning and delivering successful GTM and product launch campaigns from start to finish.
· Good understanding of feature adoption in a B2B SaaS context.
· Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Heap, Userpilot, Databricks or similar) is a plus.
· Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, especially across Product and Marketing.
· Experience participating in Pricing & Packaging forums is a plus.
· A curious mindset and a passion for using AI in your daily habits, optimizing marketing activities and day-to-day workflows.
· Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and a customer-centric way of working.
· Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
