THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced developer with a passion for backend to join our team in Gothenburg. Today, we are one of the leading companies in our industry. To be the best, we believe that it is crucial to develop new ground-breaking features for our customers and think outside the box. We build our software on the Microsoft platform and work with the latest cloud technologies. Code reviews, CI/CD are essential parts of our everyday work. Together with Machine Learning and UX/UI to enable the demands of the future and create a product that is world class material.

You will compile and analyze data, processes, logs, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. You will develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends while collaborating with all members of your cross-functional team, to validate ideas and find the best solutions to the problems we set out to solve. The Analyze and Act team works with building applications, dashboards and solutions so that the customers can take science-based actions to improve their working environment and counteract signs of discrimination etc.

Winningtemp utilizes custom AI models and LLM integrations and believe that there will be more of this for us going forward to help our users to easier gain insights and prioritize their efforts. Experience or strong interest in this field or related fields such as Data Science, Data Engineering or Statistics are seen as beneficial for this role.

We believe programming is a craft applicable across various programming languages and platforms. Winningtemp is built with C#, React/NextJS, PostgreSQL and MS SQL as databases, continuously deployed using CI/CD pipelines and hosted on AWS using Kubernetes for our product and related microservices. Experience of cloud services such as AWS or similar is seen as beneficial, but not mandatory.

THE YOU

• You have 3+ years of related experience as a full-stack or backend developer.

• You think that it’s important to create a well-structured code of high-quality and work with testing.

• You are a true team player, with a lot of passion for what you do.

• You are interested in AI, Machine Learning and data.

• You are fluent in English.
