So what is the role about? 🌟
In this role, you will play a big part in our international expansion. Since Winningtemp started, we have succeeded in our current markets (Sweden, Norway and UK) with great results. But we won't stop there, we want to go above and beyond, and break into new territories. And we want you to be a part of that!
The key in this role is to make us grow in new markets, and connect with the right contacts that will enable us to have a growing customer base in new markets. Your role is to identify potential customers within new markets, industries, businesses, and organizations that might have a need for our products or services. You will research accounts, identify key players and generate interest with potential buyers, through outbound cold calls, social selling and emails. Your responsibility will then be to present sales proposals to customers that include pricing information and terms of agreement, such as contract length and termination clauses. Your negotiating skills will be of value to ensure mutual satisfaction, and ensuring that agreements are adhered to over time. After the customer has signed, you will coordinate the onboarding of new customers with our Customer Success teams so that our customers have a seamless experience.
Other areas of responsibilities;
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Have meetings with potential customers to develop relationships, discover business problems and present product details while delivering world-class customer service
Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system Hubspot
Following up with customers after initial meetings to ensure satisfaction with products or services provided
Liaising with software development team by providing customer feedback to improve products
Adhere to Winningtemp’s security regulations

This role will be a part of our new international sales team, reporting to International Sales Manager. Since this is a role for new markets, we are open for applications in more countries than the ones we are in now (Sweden, Norway, UK). You will of course be able to take parts of our current sales team's meetings and take inspiration from them.

To succeed in this position, you are a self-starter with the ability to keep high activity with a great self motivation. You are passionate about B2B sales, which makes you going the extra mile in terms of service towards the customer, and the willingness to achieve your goals. You have a passion to learn new things, whether it's a new sales pitch or a new business area, and you develop your skills over time. You have great organisational skills, and you have the never tiring ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
You have proven experience in sourcing and closing new sales opportunities in new markets, preferably in a start-up or scale-up SaaS company, ideally within HR technology. You have proven track record of over-achieving quota and broad knowledge of Sales processes (MEDDIC, Pipeline control etc). You have previous experience in using CRMs, preferably Hubspot (which is what we use). You are unhindered in English, both written and verbally.
