Life at Winningtemp 💜 Winningtemp offers the market an unique and revolutionary technology for creating successful work places. This is done by collecting and visualizing real-time data that describes the employee's experience of leadership, meaningfulness, control and joy at work. Today, Winningtemp consists of a wonderful and ambitious group of 120+ people in the offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and London. The head office, which opened in February 2022, is newly renovated with a wonderful atmosphere in the middle of central Gothenburg (with a large roof terrace that will be frequently used during our summer afterworks).

So what is the role about? 🌟
You will lead a strong product team focusing on product adoption. You will work heavily with product discovery, close to the design- and engineering team to make sure you reach the company goals.
At Winningtemp we believe in empowered product teams, meaning you are responsible to drive business outcomes for your team. Your key task is to solve everyday business problems and not just delivering solutions. In your team you will work with designers, engineers, data scientist and product owner.
Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to identify innovative solutions and features and execute them iteratively
Use our product data to gain insights on how well product capabilities are performing and follow up with customers and field teams
Help develop the product team’s processes and ways of working
Driving and defining an outcome based roadmap focusing on adoption
Gather feedback from key stakeholders including customers and prospects as well as internal teams such as sales, customer sucess and engineering
Defining product strategy for your area
Working with design and engineering in product discovery
Leading a cross functional team consisting of design, engineering, product owner
Your team and manager 👨👩👧👦 In this role you’ll be joining our Product team, reporting to Mathias, one of our founders and our CTO. Since Mathias also works in Gothenburg, you two will have a close collaboration. Within your team you will work close with the Product Owner who will be responsible for delivery and output based metrics, while you will own the long term vision and strategy. You will also work close with our other Product Manager, People Scientist, Head of Design and our fantastic backend developers, just to mention a few. It is a close collaboration and it is there to enable high velocity, experimentation and structure for the team. Are you the one we are looking for? 🥇

You are therefor a team player and enjoy sharing ideas and learnings with the people around you. You are curious and like to understand how things work, and are comfortable in analyzing how products and features are used and how they provide value to customers. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with any kind of customers. You have 2-3 years experience in Product Management and you know how to collect input from stakeholders and identify the most important and valuable things to focus on.
