So what is the role about? 🌟
As a Marketing Manager for our UK market, you will lead the tactical work of our marketing activities. You are responsible for planning and running marketing programs and activities to drive revenue growth in the UK region. This is an opportunity where you will have the freedom to execute on your own ideas in an entrepreneurial environment, at the same time have the stability and support from our global marketing team.
Areas of responsibility:
Work closely with sales and Customer Success to gather target audience research and insights.
Develop key messaging, and value proposition to create awareness of and develop the Winningtemp brand.
Work with our global content team and demand generation team to localize assets for demand generation campaigns, such as emails, landing pages, social media posts, blog articles, gated content, paid ads, sales follow-up cadences, and more.
Maintain and manage the UK version of the website.
Create and develop our regional lead nurturing program.
Research, campaign build-out, analysis and optimization of paid media campaigns including (but not limited to): SEO, Paid Search, PPC.
Work in close collaboration with our UK sales team to understand how our inbound marketing activities turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Develop, execute, and measure a portfolio of internal and external event initiatives including (but not limited to): virtual events, tradeshows, webinars and partnerships.

In this role you’ll be joining our marketing team, reporting to Hannah, our Head of Growth Market. Biggest part of the team is based in Gothenburg, while you will have some colleagues in London and in Spain, so you will in that sence have an international team. The team consists of eight dedicated people, and is still growing during 2022!

You have at least 3 years experience of a similar position, preferably B2B SaaS experience. You have a proven track record of revenue-driven marketing experience, and you have hands-on experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. Nice to haves:
