We are looking for a brilliant Customer Success Manager for our office in London. As a Customer Success Manager at Winningtemp, you ensure that our customers receive the absolute best service, that they love the product and use it to its full potential. You will be our representative towards the customers, hold training for managers and coordinate the entire onboarding process together with new customers. A big part of your job will also be additional sales to the existing customers. You will also share your knowledge of "best practices" in connection with our solution.


Your tasks will primarily be:

• Manage and be responsible for your own customer portfolio

• Create trusting and advisory relationships with your customers.

• Work towards setting organizational goals.

• Find new opportunities that give the customer the best possible value out of the solution.

Develop the customer journey, processes and routines for own work.

• Work closely with the product department, the sales team and the marketing team with the aim of developing the product, the company and the brand.

The Winningtemp Customer Success team works closely to share tips, success stories and together they find new innovative ways to support customers. To fit into the team, you need to be an enterprising, innovative and likeable person who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction. You are motivated by being part of a startup environment with high ambitions and openness, as well as creating results together.


What we look for in you:

You must ensure high customer satisfaction with Winningtemp's customers. This is a very important job and requires a lot of responsibility. You need to be a skilled relationship builder and see the importance of business. You see opportunities and are solution-oriented. You love to work proactively, can work independently and know how to prioritize. You are good at communicating, are honest and know what good service means, which means that you understand the value of working closely with your customers and colleagues.

We want you to have experience with sales and an understanding of how you can strengthen the customer experience through continuous focus on business. You should also have worked in B2B and / or Customer Success in a similar role. It is an advantage if you have experience with project management and have worked in a SaaS company (Software as a Service) before.
