We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to establish and develop our business in Denmark. Your role will focus on expanding our Business in Denmark and increase our customer portfolio on the Danish market. You will be the first person in Denmark which means you will be recruiting a team of Account Managers and you will be responsible for following up on sales targets, forecasts, budgets, year-end reports, and overall staff administration for the team. You will report to the Sales Director of the company, located in Gothenburg (Sweden).

Therefore, we believe that you are a person that wants to work continuously with the work environment, motivation, and commitment within the team. You believe in continuous one-to-one’s and clearly structured goals. Since you believe in these things to, you will be very glad to know that we have supporting modules for that in our own software.


We believe that you have:

·      A minimum 2 years’ experience of working as a manager or team lead within sales

·      Experience of working with KPI’s and business metrics

·      Have a successful sales record yourself, based on 7-10 years’ experience within sales

·      Experience of working with CRM, preferably Hubspot

·      It’s not mandatory, but very positive if you have experience from SaaS business and/or HR technology
