What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to come on-board to work closely with our sales leaders to deliver strong outcomes for our growing European sales team and partner network. You will have the exciting task of creating and owning  WinningTemp’s sales enablement program. You’ll be responsible for designing, creating and rolling out our program across the growing sales organisation and partner network helping to achieve a consistency of overachieving on sales quota and maximising performance.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Enablement Lead will help sales teams to promote and drive field excellence and revenue velocity. This candidate will:

-   Support the Sales organisation to develop, execute, optimise and assess the enablement program.

-   Create any strategic sales training programs to maximise sales performance

-   Determine sales enablement priorities with key sales stakeholders to identify any gaps and opportunities 

-   Create digital sales collateral and job aides which are relevant and useful to our sales team and prospects whilst identifying metrics to quantify impact.

-   Be an all-around expert in our sales processes and methodologies

-   Create, develop and maintain our sales training programs, including sales methodology, sales onboarding and sales certifications

-   Work with marketing, product management and sales ops to build the  content required to continuously train the team with new sales plays and content

-   Choose and implement a Learning Management System to digitise our Sales Enablement

-   Own the whole sales enablement calendar and program, scheduling on-boarding, monthly training sessions and maintaining a Digital training program for all sales team members.

-   Understand sales data and monitor key sales metrics with the view of aligning sales enablement effort to real-time needs

-   Assess our current sales capabilities and how we can improve individual performance

-   Create and support all sales events such as  sales kick-offs, QBR and regional reviews
